Thank you for choosing Nim's Energy Thai Massage. Please review the following terms and conditions carefully prior to booking your appointment. By scheduling an appointment with us, you are agreeing to abide by these terms and conditions:

Booking Appointments: You can schedule appointments through our website or by phone, subject to availability.
Deposit: To secure your appointment, we kindly request a deposit of £20.
Appointment Location: As a security measure, the exact appointment location will be disclosed upon confirmation of the appointment.
Cancellation or Rescheduling Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, kindly notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Late Arrival: If you arrive late for your appointment, we may need to shorten the duration of your treatment to avoid inconvenience to other clients. However, you will still be charged the full price of the appointment.
No-show Policy: Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice may result in being charged the full price of the appointment.
Payment: Payment for appointments is required at the time of booking or upon completion of the treatment, as outlined by Nim's Energy Thai Massage. We accept cash payments in person.
Health and Safety: Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that may impact your treatment. We reserve the right to refuse service or modify treatments based on your health status.
Changes to Bookings: Nim's Energy Thai Massage reserves the right to amend or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, such as therapist availability, equipment issues, or emergencies. In such instances, we will make every effort to reschedule your appointment at a mutually convenient time.
